COMPANY FORMATION · BANKING

Keep your money out of one bank's hands.

We incorporate in the right country, spread your accounts across several countries and banks, and prepare the answer to every question the bank will ask. Crypto-sourced funds included.

    WHY ACCOUNTS FREEZE

Usually the reason is the file, not the money.

When a bank or payment app restricts an account, the reason is rarely crime. More often there is no answer ready for the bank's question on the day it asks.

    The source cannot be explained

Where did the money come from, and what was sold for it? Any transfer that contracts, invoices and tax records cannot back up is open to review.

    The structure cannot be read

Which company, where, owned by whom, and which way does money move? If compliance cannot see it on one page, the account is refused or closed.

    The crypto trail is undocumented

Transfers from exchanges trigger extra review at most banks. Without exchange statements and a source-of-funds report the account can be restricted overnight.

    Everything hangs on one point

If all the money sits in one app or one country, one decision stops the whole business.

    WHAT WE DO

From company to account, one plan.

    Structure and country

We decide with you where the company should sit, based on your business, your customers and how banks will read you. In-country formation steps run through our licensed partners.

    Fourteen jurisdictions

    Bank and country map

We work out which banks and countries accept your profile and build an account plan across at least two countries and more than one institution.

    Compliance file

Ownership chart, business description, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth documents, business plan: a file that answers the compliance team's questions before they ask.

    Application and bank meeting

We apply with the file and handle the bank's follow-up questions and meeting with you.

    Crypto-sourced funds

Exchange statements, the on-chain trail and a source-of-funds report turn crypto income into a file a bank can read; we work with banks that accept such funds.

    Reporting and returns

We map which accounts are reported automatically to your home tax authority (CRS) and make sure the structure matches your returns.

    CRYPTO EXPERIENCE

We know the banking side of crypto businesses from the inside.

We run licence applications for crypto-asset service providers, token launches, real-world-asset tokenisation and Bitcoin project structuring. In every one of them the hardest question is the same: how will you explain the source of this money to a bank?

So we treat crypto income not as ordinary trading revenue but as a source with a file of its own. Which exchange, which wallet, which date, which tax record: ready before the bank asks.

    PLAINLY

We do not guarantee an account. The bank decides. We make sure the file is ready for that decision and goes to the right bank.
We organise, we do not hide. The goal is a structure that reads the same everywhere, not money kept from a tax authority. We do not build structures that are not compliant.

    FAQ

    Common questions.

Can an account be opened fully remotely?

At some banks and in some countries, yes; others require an in-person meeting. We settle which fits you at the map stage.

Will any bank accept my crypto-sourced money?

Some will, but not every bank and not with every file. Without a report that documents the source and the right choice of bank, an application usually ends in refusal or restriction.

    Isn't Revolut or Wise enough?

They are very good for daily use and not enough as your only account. These providers can restrict an account without giving a reason. We use them as one part of the structure, never the only part.

    How long does it take?

From a few weeks to a few months, depending on the bank and the country. At the map stage we give you an estimated time for each step in writing.

    How is the fee set?

By scope: how many countries, companies and banks, and whether there is a crypto file. After the first call we send a written proposal; scope and fee are settled before work starts.
