OFFICE IN DUBAI
Two addresses, one key.
Furnished, Ejari-registered private offices in Business Bay and Dubai Internet City. Reception and secretarial support, a phone and fax line in your company's name, mail handling and meeting-room booking all sit behind the same key. Until the day you move in, you deal with one person.
WhatsApp opens and you write directly to Zarina Medetova.

TWO ADDRESSES
Who does your company sit in front of?
The same service and the same team at both addresses. The choice is about who sees your work: are you hosting clients and investors, or hiring engineers?
Business Bay
Right beside Downtown Dubai, facing Sheikh Zayed Road. If clients, investors or bankers come to your meetings, the address itself is a reference. The offices with Zabeel and skyline views are here.
- Ejari-registered mainland address
- Options with a Zabeel view
- Visitor parking
Dubai Internet City
The district Dubai built for its technology companies. If your work is software, gaming, media or agency-side, it puts your team among the right neighbours, which makes both hiring and partnerships easier.
- The technology district
- The same service package
- Units offered to match your team plan
SERVICES
An office is more than four walls.
Without someone to answer the phone, take in the post and set up the meeting room, an address is only an address. Everything below comes with the office and is not priced separately.

WHO LOOKS AFTER THE OFFICES
A name, not a switchboard.
Zarina looks after the offices at both addresses. She runs the viewing, the lease, the Ejari registration and the set-up on moving day. When you have a question you write to her, not to a call centre.
- A private viewing, in person or over video
- The lease and the Ejari registration, followed through
- Set-up and handover on moving day
- Meeting rooms and visitor arrangements
PROCESS
Moving in, in four steps.
- 01
We talk it through
Team size, licence type, visa plan and budget. Fifteen minutes is enough.
- 02
You view the office
Two or three suitable units, in person or over video, with Zarina.
- 03
Lease and Ejari
The lease, the deposit and the Ejari registration, in step with your licence file.
- 04
Handover
Furniture in place, lines live, signage up, parking assigned. You work from day one.
TOGETHER WITH COMPANY FORMATION
The office is one line of the formation file.
Rather than chasing the mainland licence, the free-zone choice, the visas, the bank account and the office separately, you move through one plan. The office can also stand alone: if the company already exists, we solve only the address and the Ejari.
Frequently asked
- Why is the building or operator not named on the page?
- We share the address, the floor and the unit in the conversation. We hand the office over ourselves: the lease, the Ejari and the moving day run through us, so the page names the district rather than the building.
- Why are unit prices not on the page?
- The annual range is above; the price of a unit depends on size, view and the date of the lease. In the call we give you two or three options matched to your team plan, with their prices, in writing.
- Are the secretarial and phone services billed separately?
- No. Reception, secretarial support, the phone and fax line, mail handling and meeting-room booking come with the office. There are no monthly surprises.
- Can I take a short-term lease?
- Leases run for a year and are tied to the Ejari registration; the licence and the visas require an annual address in any case. Payment is in four instalments.
- What happens if the team grows?
- You can move to a larger unit at the same address, or to the other one. That is why we discuss the twelve-month team plan in the first call.
- Can a free-zone company use these offices?
- Free-zone licences generally require an address inside their own zone. The Business Bay offices are used as the Ejari address for a mainland licence. We settle your structure and the right address together in the call.
Tell us about the team; we will have the office ready.
Write how many of you there are, which licence you will run on and when you want to move. Zarina will come back with the suitable units and their prices, and you can view them the same week.
