    • We look at how your company is set up today and who owns what share
    • We check that the code, the brand and the domain really belong to the company
    • We find the investment and support programmes that fit you
    • For each programme we work out roughly how much funding you could apply for
    • We list what is missing, most important first

    Deliverable: A status report with the programmes that fit you and their amounts, plus a to-do list.

    Dubai Setup and the Investor Process

    • Founders' agreement and share transfer restrictions

    Deliverable: A live structure, a signed document set and an investor file ready for negotiation.

    Government fees and incorporation costs are not included.

    Package 1 is a single payment. For Package 3 we agree the payment plan together on the call.

    Package 2 can be split in two: half at the start, half on delivery. Package 1 is a single payment, and for Package 3 we agree the plan together on the call. Nothing else appears in between; if something outside the scope turns out to be needed, we discuss it first and add it in writing.
