SPVs & Syndicate Vehicles
One vehicle, many investors, one line on the cap table. Special purpose vehicles for angel syndicates, co-investments and single-asset deals, in the jurisdiction that fits.
Book a 15-min intro callA round with fifteen angels on the cap table is a round the next investor will ask you to clean up. A special purpose vehicle pools them into one shareholder, gives the lead a defined role, and keeps the company's governance workable. The same tool serves a fund that wants to co-invest outside its mandate, or a group backing a single asset such as a property or a token allocation.
We design and set up the vehicle end to end: jurisdiction and legal form, the lead's economics and authority, investor documentation, and how the vehicle interacts with the target company's shareholder agreement. Türkiye, Delaware, the Cayman Islands, ADGM and DIFC are the usual candidates; the right one depends on who the investors are and where the exit is likely to happen.
